These rules govern the no-charge public beta, not a paid prize-competition regulation. They may change after the required Italian legal review; commercial participation remains disabled.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants and official voters must be at least 18 years old.
  • One candidate per person, business and root domain per edition.
  • The participant must control the submitted content and destination.
  • Payment must be confirmed by a signed provider webhook, never by a browser redirect.

2. What is sold

The fixed price purchases a numbered micro-page, review, one edition listing and an archive record. It does not purchase votes, ranking, odds, a prize or a guaranteed number of visits. No paid boost exists.

3. Daily cycle

  1. Entries close at the published UTC time.
  2. The roster, content, destination, rule version and scoring version are frozen.
  3. Verified readers compare server-assigned pairs during the same voting window.
  4. Results enter automated integrity checks and human review of finalists.
  5. The result is frozen and archived before the front-page placement changes.

4. Qualified comparison

A comparison counts only when the server issued it to a verified eligible person, both candidates were visible for the minimum viewing time, a one-use token is valid, and anti-abuse checks pass. Owners cannot judge their own page. A person sees each candidate at most once per edition.

5. Scoring and minimum sample

Positive and negative outcomes feed the 95% Wilson lower bound. Choosing “neither” is negative for both candidates. To be eligible for a result, a candidate needs at least 30 valid judgements from 30 distinct verified people, at least min(10, candidate count − 1) distinct opponents, and exposure no more than two below the edition median.

6. Tie-breaks

  1. Higher full-precision Wilson score.
  2. Higher raw positive-choice rate.
  3. Head-to-head result, when available.
  4. More valid judgements.
  5. Earlier approval timestamp.

7. No-winner outcome

If no candidate meets the sample and integrity thresholds, no winner is declared. Eligible paying participants receive a replacement edition credit under the final commercial terms.

8. Cooldown

A winning page cannot win again. Its owner, business and root domain are ineligible for the following seven editions. Checkout must disclose the next eligible date before purchase.

9. Abuse and moderation

Automated activity, coordinated reciprocal voting, multiple linked accounts, deceptive content, malware and attempts to influence the scheduler can be excluded. Signals are reviewed in aggregate; an IP address alone is not decisive. Exact detection thresholds remain private to avoid teaching attackers how to evade them.

10. Operational incidents

After a material outage, the window may be extended and the incident published. If review is incomplete, the previous front page remains visible with “results under review.” Administrative overrides require a reason and an immutable audit event.
