1. The service
The beta lets a participant create a numbered public page, enter one eligible daily edition and exercise the future $1 checkout path with a sandbox order. No money is collected. Taxes, currency conversion and the total price will be shown before any future paid checkout.
2. No purchased advantage
Buying a page does not buy votes, odds, additional ballot appearances, a result or any cash reward. Every eligible candidate is subject to the same scheduler, scoring formula and published thresholds.
3. Account and age
Participants and voters must be at least 18. The beta uses a signed anonymous device session instead of an account. A person may not reset or multiply sessions to evade limits, moderation or cooldowns.
4. Content licence and promises
The participant retains ownership and grants the operator a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display submitted content for the service, moderation, archive and promotion of its edition. The participant promises they have the rights needed and that the destination complies with the Content Policy.
5. Review, rejection and removal
A sandbox order does not guarantee continued publication. The operator may reject, hide or remove content that violates the policy, law or security requirements. Final commercial terms will define objective refund treatment for pre-publication rejection, participant cancellation, fraud and post-publication removal.
6. Digital performance and withdrawal
No consumer purchase occurs in the beta. Before paid activation, consumers will receive the legally required information about performance timing and any withdrawal rights. Any request for immediate performance and any acknowledgement affecting a withdrawal right will be separate, explicit and recorded. The exact wording will be approved by Italian consumer-law counsel before activation.
7. Editions and interruptions
An edition may close without a winner if participation or integrity thresholds are not met. Material outages may extend a window. Suspicious results may remain under review. The archive will disclose such outcomes rather than silently replacing them.
8. External destinations
Micro-pages contain user-provided external links marked as sponsored user-generated content. The operator reviews for obvious risk but does not control external sites. Visitors should assess a destination before providing information or downloading anything.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
The final terms will contain proportionate limitations that do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No clause in this draft overrides mandatory law.
10. Changes and records
Each edition freezes a rule and scoring version. Material future changes are announced prospectively and do not rewrite a completed edition. The operative terms and acceptance timestamp will be retained with the relevant order.
